Prices and itineraries

Itineraries on this site are descriptions of trips we run regularly, not fixed packages. Routes, overnight stops and inclusions can change with road conditions, weather and availability.

Where no price is shown, it is because the cost depends on group size, vehicle and accommodation standard. The price quoted to you in writing is the price that applies.

Bookings

Nothing on this website constitutes a booking. A trip is confirmed only when we have agreed an itinerary and a price with you in writing and confirmed it back to you.

A deposit of 10% to 40% of the total booking price may be required to confirm a reservation, depending on the tour and booking conditions. The remaining balance is payable according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking. Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal or cash, as agreed before confirmation.

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the tour, accommodation, activities and suppliers involved. In general, cancellations made between 15 and 45 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made closer to the travel date may be subject to cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts.

The applicable payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be clearly communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
