What we collect

If you use the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and message that you type into it. That is the only personal data this website collects.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you send us in that conversation, under the terms of those services.

What we do with it

We use your details only to answer your inquiry and, if you go on to travel with us, to organise your trip. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for planning or for the records of a trip that took place. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If a web analytics tool is added later, it will be listed here before it goes live, along with how to opt out.

The site does load a map from Google on the contact page. When you interact with it, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses and requested pages, which are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on the host's normal schedule. Repeated submissions of the inquiry form are rate-limited using a one-way hash of the IP address, which cannot be reversed to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond.
